I have had the opportunity to work in the industry ranging from the service sector to the manufacturing sector thereby giving me an insight into the industrial environment. I have completed my master’s degree from NIT, Rourkela that has given me more exposure in my domain.

My experience in teaching has given me training to interact with various people at different thinking levels and design and develop their course of study accordingly. Also, my role as Assistant Director, Blended Learning has made me explore new technologies and digital platforms that drive innovation in pedagogy. To assimilate trends and forecast evolution of LMS packages. Train faculty and students on the effective use of new technologies and identify process improvements and integration/automation with existing technologies.

I have been creating instructional materials for the evolving learning needs using storytelling & scenario-based learning. Utilizing ILT and VILT delivery methods and designing e-learning materials using Storyline 360.

I am meticulous and believe in hard work and attention to detail. I am quick in learning new skills and flexible with a zeal to perform beyond limits.
